- This project consisted of demolishing and abating the long-vacant and dilapidated buildings in the 300 block of West Pike Street, one of Clarksburg’s main downtown thoroughfares.
- A historical study of these buildings was completed and reviewed by the State Historic Preservation Office before demolition.
- The facility’s design complements adjacent properties, enhancing the city’s economy and livability.
